Emtek Jasper Pull Pretty but...

One of the two I ordered was fine. The second had a defect. The screw would only go in so far and it wouldn't go in straight. I was sent a new one right away. When installing the second one, the head of the screw broke off. Now the screw is stuck in the wood with no way to get it out. I'd have to drill it out and then my furniture would be ruined. I contacted the store and received an I'm sorry, but never heard another word. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
