Shipping times will depend on our current product stock and manufacturing lead times. For instance, standard Rocky Mountain Hardware manufacturing is 6-8 weeks. (Rush options are available). However, many of our brands can ship with 1-3 business days. Please email or chat us if you have specific questions around shipping times.

All returns MUST have a returns good authorization from Hardware by Design in order to receive credit. Please email us at Orders@Hardwarebydesign.com with your order details to initiate our simple returns process.

To qualify for a general return, the item(s):

— Must be in resalable condition

— Must be free from scratches and/or defects

— Must not have been installed

— Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging

— Must not have any writing on the original packaging

— Must not be missing pieces

— Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout

You may initiate a return for a defective product anytime within 90 days of purchasing.

We do! We have a number of industry partners that can help you create something custom to fit your project/style. As you would expect, these projects are typically higher priced due to the level of craftsmanship and time required.

Hardware by Design ships from warehouses across the US and high-end designer showrooms in Wisconsin and Utah (coming summer 2019).

Applicant must have a valid applicable business license and complete at least 2 projects each year. Most of our professionals are architects, contractors, and interior designers.
