The SIMONSWERK TECTUS TE 526 3D is a completely concealed, 3D-adjustable hinge. It is made manufactured of solid stainless steel for flush commercial doors, with a load capacity of 120 kg (264 lbs.). Nothing shows on the face of the door or frame when it's closed, and the hinge adjusts in three directions after installation.
The number of hinges per door and where they go depend on door weight, height and thickness. Not sure what your doors need?
